🔍 Role Description
As a Senior Growth Manager at Pruna AI, you will play a pivotal role in exploring growth tactics across content marketing, product-led growth, and community-led initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
User Acquisition & Product Activation
- Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across various platforms and channels
- Measure and optimize performance to drive user growth
- Enhance user onboarding and product adoption through data-driven experimentation and optimization
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with external writers and influencers to produce authoritative content
Sales Funnel Optimization
- Analyze customer journey and conversion points
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value
Data Analysis, Insights and Experimentation
- Collaborate with the data engineer to derive actionable insights from user data
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform growth strategies
- Test new growth channels and tactics
- Measure impact and iterate based on results to drive continuous improvement

- Senior Data Engineer: Collaborate closely on the technical implementation and maintenance of our internal data platform for product and customer analytics and automation
- ML Research Engineers: Understand the core tech and metrics of our value proposition, dig into the field of Efficient AI to brainstorm communication strategies
- GTM Team: Work together to develop and execute growth strategies

Experience
- Proven ability to craft and execute growth strategies tailored to technical audiences
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle and user experience to drive product adoption and engagement
- Strong analytical mindset to leverage data for informed decision-making and performance measurement
- Marketing fundamentals (branding, messaging, segmentation)

⚖️ Expected Salary
We pay top market rates based on seniority and location, leveraging publicly available data that we share with you during the process. We are also working towards competitive and useful benefit packages.
🛤️ Recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of 4 interviews to check the expectations, skills and team/culture fit of the candidate.
1. Intro Call - We have a chat to get to know you, discuss your expectations, and give a feeling of who we are. [~30 min call]
2. Confirmation Interview - We dig into your experiences, knowledge and skills that are important for the role you applied for. [~1 hour call]
3. Challenge - Depending on the role you applied for, we will dive together into a task that is representative of the work that you would be doing at Pruna AI. [~1 hour call]
4. Meet the team - You will have the chance to meet the team and get to know better the everyday life at Pruna AI. [~1 hour call]
